Getting ready to head out on our first group ride.
It was a beautiful afternoon, for many this was the
first time outside on their bike in months !!
The entire Group did GREAT!!

We took the entire gang to Fit2Run. The store
is amazing and simply put is a Runner's
Paradise!! If it has to do with running - they
have it!! Here each athlete had the opportunity
to get their stride analyzed to make sure they
were running in the correct shoe!
Quick chat before our first run. It was a chilly
morning in Florida so we wanted to jump start
the bodies before a full day of activity !!
